Do you have a memory of making a promise to yourself as a child?
My memory of such a day is vivid. While playing around with some sort of movement activity on the living room floor, it occurred to me that I never wanted to lose the ability to be strong and agile as I aged. This is where the journey began.
Fast forward to Key Largo, Florida

My memory of such a day is vivid. While playing around with some sort of movement activity on the living room floor, it occurred to me that I never wanted to lose the ability to be strong and agile as I aged. This is where the journey began.
Fast forward to Key Largo, Florida 1980 where my husband and I lived on a 33 foot Piver Trimaran named Rhythm. One day, an ad for a yoga class at the Key Largo Library caught my attention.
The yoga teacher was a Brazilian woman with long, wild, dark brown hair and she taught magic!
The seed of love for the practice of yoga was planted deep into my being and has grown, evolved and flourished ever since that day in 1980.
In 2013 I began my Yoga Teacher Training in the Kripalu discipline of Yoga at Discovery Yoga and completed my studies there in 2017 with a 500 hour YTT certification.
In 2019 I became a certified teaqcher in
Yoga Tune Up®.
Also included in my certificates of studies are anatomy, pranayama, Ayurvedic Immersion, meditation, fascia self massage, Inclusivity for Yoga, and Yoga Nidra
In 2018, I repurposed a portion of my salon space into what is now Flow Suite Yoga.
Reflecting back to the promise that I made to myself as a child, not only have I kept it, but I have been given the blessing of sharing what I have learned with the community.

Flow Suite's Class Schedule
- Monday with Kimberly
11:30 a.m.-12:45 Beginners -Intermediate flow class.
The class begins with a short Yoga Tune Up® session followed by warm ups and a flow practice. The session concludes with a short meditation practice.

- Friday with Kimberly
10:00 a.m-11:45
The class begins with a short Yoga Tune Up® session followed by warm ups and flow practice. The session concludes with shavasana and short meditation.
This class is an intermediate level class but can be adapted to beginner level students.
Please arrive 5-15 minutes early, before class begins.
Flow Suite is a small studio and classes can fill up quickly. We recommend contacting us in advance to assure space availability.

Privates and Weddings
Private groups and wedding party classes available. A $75 pre-payment is required, this fee includes 5 participants. Up to 4 more participants can be added for an additional $15 per person.

Yoga , then Surf!
Summer Yoga then Surf event is a 2 hour morning experience that begins with a movement warm up followed by a surf lesson with Beth Masters. Beth is certified in CPR and has her NSSIA Surf Instructor Certification.
What you Need to Bring Along
Please bring along a towel, or blanket for your yoga practice. Plenty of water to drink.
Lather up with the sunscreen before arriving for your best dermal protection.
